Membership in NYCESPA is open to CSA Member Principals of NYC Elementary Schools, who are working under an Elementary School Principal license. Principals of 3K and PreK sites are also eligible to become members. Click below to download a membership application. Return the completed application to nycespanyc@gmail.com.

NYCESPA’s officers are elected to two-year terms, according to NYCESPA’s Constitution and Bylaws. The next Officers’ term begins on July 1st of 2026. Additional information about the Election Process can be requested at nycespaadmin@nycespa.nyc

NYCESPA has engaged the American Arbitration Association to independently administer the 2026 election for the office of President-Elect.

Replacement Ballots
Members who do not receive a ballot, or who require a replacement ballot due to loss or damage, should contact the AAA Duplicate Ballot Hotline at 1-800-529-5218 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Replacement requests may also be emailed to ulerios@adr.org.
